Edit the script and change its language
The script step is where the video is really decided: the order of the scenes, the words in each one, and the language the whole thing speaks.
Read the two axes
The script step shows your video twice. The horizontal axis is the visual side, scene after scene in the order the viewer will see them. The vertical axis is the text that belongs to each scene. They are two views of one thing, so a change on either shows up on the other.
Reorder the scenes
On the horizontal axis, grab a scene in the middle and drag it where you want it. On the vertical axis, use the dotted handle at the far right of the row. Opening on the exterior and closing on the garden or the terrace is a safe order, but let the property decide.
The first second is the whole game.
Whatever ends up in scene one is what stops the scroll. If the best shot is halfway down, drag it to the front.
Rewrite a line, or ask for another
Not happy with how a scene is described? Type over it, every line is editable. Or use the regenerate button on that scene and Nanopixo writes an alternative, keeping the pacing so the cut still lands on the beat.
Check the names.
The script is written from the listing text, so an unusual street, district or building name is the one thing worth reading out loud before you approve the voice-over.
Delete what does not earn its place
Remove a scene with the bin icon. The bathroom that came out dark is rarely the scene that sells the house, and a shorter video that holds attention beats a complete one that loses it.
Change the language of the script
At the top of the script you can switch the language, or add another one. Select it and the whole script is translated, ready for a voice in that language. Same property, same footage, a second audience, with no new project to build.
Numbers are the tell.
Surface areas, room counts and build years are where machine narration usually stumbles. Nanopixo handles the phonetics per language, but a quick listen after a translation is still worth the minute.
Approve the voice-over and subtitles
After any change, play the voice-over back and read the subtitles that go with it. When both say what you want, continue to the last step and render your video.
