Connect Whise to Nanopixo

Activate Nanopixo in Whise

In Whise, go to Admin → Advanced → Marketplace Suppliers, find Nanopixo and request the activation.

No Admin menu?
Ask the person who manages your Whise account to do this step.

Wait for Whise to approve

Whise approves the activation on its side, usually within a few hours. Nanopixo only appears in our list of activated agencies once Whise has approved it.

Request access in Nanopixo

In Nanopixo, open Settings, then Integrations, and click Connect next to Whise. Click Request access, fill in your agency name as it appears in Whise and send the form. If your agency has several offices, tell us which offices the team should see.

Import your first listing

We link your Whise account to your team, usually within one business day. You will then see Import from Whise when you create a new video. Search by city, street or reference number, pick a listing, and its photos, price and details come straight in, with a progress screen until your project is ready.

If you hide the price or the address of a listing on your website in Whise, Nanopixo leaves it out of the video too.

Stay in control

Nanopixo only reads your listings. It does not change anything in Whise. Contact support@nanopixo.com to stop the connection and we switch it off straight away.

Troubleshooting

I do not see Import from Whise.
The connection is not active yet. Check that Whise has approved the activation, and contact support@nanopixo.com if you requested access more than a business day ago.

A listing is missing from the list.
Only listings that are on the market (for sale, for rent or under offer) are shown. Sold and rented listings are left out.

Import is greyed out for a listing.
A video needs at least four photos. Add photos to the listing in Whise, then try again.

Search finds nothing.
Search on a city, a street name or a reference number. Whise does not support free-text search on other fields.
