Connect Street to Nanopixo
Import your Street listings straight into Nanopixo: photos, price and details, no double entry. You create one API token in Street, we do the rest.
Request access in Nanopixo
In Nanopixo, open Settings, then Integrations, and click Connect next to Street. Click Request access and send the form. Street is activated by our team, so we know your request is coming and can link it to your account.

Log in to Street with an account administrator login. Go to Settings, then Account Administration, then Applications.

Only account administrators can create tokens. Ask the person who manages your Street account to do this step.
Create a token for Nanopixo
Create a new application token. Name it Nanopixo and choose the Public (Open) API scope. Copy the token as soon as Street shows it: it may only be shown once.
Send us the token securely
Reply to our message about your access request with the token, using a one-time secret link (for example onetimesecret.com) or a password manager share.
Never paste the token into a plain email, a chat or the request form.
A Street token gives access to your Street account. We store it encrypted and nobody at Nanopixo can view it again after setup.
Import your first listing
We connect the token to your account, usually within one business day. You will then see Import from Street when you create a new video. Pick a listing and its photos, price and details come straight in, with a progress screen until your project is ready.
A property that is for sale and to let at the same time shows twice, once for each, so you choose which listing the video is about.
Stay in control
Nanopixo only reads your listings. It does not change anything in Street. You can revoke the token at any time in the same Applications screen in Street, and the connection stops immediately.
Troubleshooting
I do not see Import from Street.
The connection is not active yet. If you sent us the token more than a business day ago, contact support@nanopixo.com.
A listing is missing from the list.
Only listings that are on the market (for sale, to let or under offer) are shown. Sold, let agreed and withdrawn listings are left out.
Import is greyed out for a listing.
A video needs at least four photos. Add photos to the listing in Street and mark them to be included in the listing, then try again.
The connection stopped working.
The token was probably revoked or replaced in Street. Create a new one and send it to us the same way.
