Connect your Facebook Page to Nanopixo

Check the prerequisite

You need a Facebook Page
and admin access to it. Personal profiles cannot publish business content through Nanopixo. If you do not have a Page yet, create one at facebook.com/pages/create.

Open Settings, then Social accounts

In Nanopixo, click your profile icon in the top right, open Settings, and go to the Social accounts tab.

Click Connect Facebook and authorize

Click the Connect button next to Facebook. A Facebook authorization window opens. Sign in and grant Nanopixo permission to post to pages you manage. Keep every permission checked, if you remove one, posting may fail.

Choose your Facebook Page

After authorizing, pick which Facebook Page(s) Nanopixo can publish to. You can connect multiple pages and switch between them when publishing. You can change this selection any time from the same screen.

Test with a post

Open any video you have created, click Share on social, pick your Facebook Page, and publish. Verify the post appears on your Page within a minute. First post out of the way, you are set.

Troubleshooting

"No pages found" after authorizing.
You are not an admin on any Facebook Page. Ask the current admin to give you access under Page settings, Page roles.

Authorization window closes immediately.
Pop-up blockers are probably the cause. Allow pop-ups for Nanopixo in your browser and retry.

Posting fails later.
Facebook tokens expire. Reconnect from Settings, Social accounts and all queued posts resume.
